Organize PDF

Reorder, rotate and delete pages with drag and drop.

How to organize pdf

  1. Upload your PDF

Drop your PDF onto the page or click 'Select files'. Every page loads as a thumbnail you can interact with.

  2. Rearrange and edit

Drag thumbnails to reorder pages. Use the rotate buttons to fix orientation. Click the delete button on any page to remove it.

  3. Save and download

Click 'Save PDF' when you are happy with the layout. Your edited PDF downloads immediately.

Organize PDF is the all-in-one page editor for when a document needs more than one kind of fix. Scanned pages in the wrong order, a landscape page rotated incorrectly, or a duplicate page that slipped in — handle all of it in a single pass.

Drag to reorder

The thumbnail grid shows every page side by side. Grab any thumbnail and drag it to its new position. The numbering updates in real time so you always know the final order.

Rotate individual pages

Each thumbnail has rotate-left and rotate-right buttons. Click them to add 90° of rotation to that page. The thumbnail updates immediately so you can confirm the orientation before saving.

Delete pages from the grid

The delete button on each thumbnail removes that page from the document. The remaining pages close up around the gap. You cannot delete the last page.

One save, one download

When the document looks right, click Save PDF. All your reordering, rotations and deletions are applied in one operation and the result is ready to download.

Frequently asked questions

Can I rotate individual pages rather than the whole document?
Yes — each thumbnail has its own rotate-left and rotate-right buttons. Rotate only the pages that need it.
Can I delete multiple pages at once?
Pages are deleted one at a time using the delete button on each thumbnail. To remove several pages at once, use the Remove Pages tool.
What happens if I delete the last page?
The tool prevents you from deleting the last remaining page. A PDF must have at least one page.
Can I add pages from another PDF?
Not in Organize — that tool works with one document at a time. To add pages from another PDF, merge the two files first using the Merge PDF tool, then organize the combined result.
Does drag-to-reorder work on mobile?
Yes — the drag interaction is touch-friendly and works on phone and tablet screens.

Tips

  • Use Organize when you need to do several things at once — reorder some pages, rotate others, and delete a few — all in one pass before saving.
  • To insert a blank page, merge your PDF with a one-page blank PDF first, then organize the result.
  • Zoom in on a thumbnail by long-pressing it (on mobile) to check which page it is before deleting.
